Steven Edson
President
Steve Edson combines his strengths as a vital and creative thinker with a broad understanding of effective business strategies. For over 25 years, Steve has enabled both large and small organizations to communicate their message through branding. Dan Gilman
Technology & Creative Director
Dan began his career specializing in design, illustration, and technology, creating a diverse portfolio in each of these areas. Dan offers over 10 years of extensive experience in building powerful and effective corporate identity and branding strategies, as well as robust Internet and Intranet solutions. His expertise includes corporate identity, print design, graphic design, interactive multimedia presentation, web design, web application development, and full motion video. Some of Dan’s clients have included Mitsubishi Electric, NorthStar Global Partners, Sungard Brokerage, the Medical Learning Company, Charter Communications, Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, Veroxity Technology Partners, Museum of Science Boston and Staples, to name a few.

John Rossi
Lead Architect and Director of Development
John received his BSEE and MSEE from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and has over 10 years of experience planning, developing, and implementing desktop applications, web based software, and ecommerce solutions. His programming skills include development with C++/MFC, Java, PHP, Adobe ColdFusion, Drupal, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Ext JS, and jQuery. Some of John’s clients have included Fine Point Technologies, Jules Catering, SMI Supply Chain, and BodiMojo.

Temah Nelson
Lead Animator and Illustrator
Temah is a nationally renowned, award winning animator and illustrator. She has worked in the industry since 1991 and as an illustrator since the late 80's. Temah's work incorporates hand drawn animation and computer vector-based animation within flash. She has produced a number of software programs for animation as well as content for CD-ROMs, the web, video and film. She has worked on a number of multimedia products such as, Blue's Clues Kindergarten, Blue's Clues Preschool, NickTunes, Arthur's Pet Panic, Arthur's Computer Adventure, Barney's Magical Music, Marty in 'Where's Morgan', Marty in The Trouble with Cheese, Arthur's Birthday, Games Magazine Interactive, New Kid on the Block and Arthur Reading Deluxe, to name a few. She has assisted a number of large corporations and organizations such as, Broderbund Software, ImaginEngine Corp., Elliott Portwood Productions, The Gale Group, JuniorNet Corp., Taxi Cafe, Hasbro Interactive, Helixe Games, Education Development Center, 360 Kid, Way Forward and Exit 33. She has a master's degree in animation from California Institute of the Arts and a bachelor's degree from Rhode Island School of Design in Illustration and Animation. She is currently the lead animator and illustrator for Visual Stream Productions.

Andrew Paulson
Lead Developer
Andrew has over 11 years of experience designing, developing and implementing web and database applications for a variety of Fortune 1000 and not for profit organizations. Andrew started his career as Harvard University's inaugural Web Master. While there he was responsible for developing policies regarding support, maintenance and configuration of departmental/club/school web sites. In 1995, Andrew founded NewVantage, Inc., an "on-time, on-budget, on-target" web-solutions consulting company in Cambridge, MA. Under his leadership as President/CTO, NewVantage was responsible for developing web application projects with such companies as Staples, Sapient, Boston.com, Dunkin Donuts, Harvard University, and GE Capital. Andrew led the company for 5 years to a point where it employed about 35 people and was doing several millions dollars of business a year. Andrew is the Founder and President of SilverSwitch Consulting, Inc. where for the last 6 years he has continued his previous consulting initiatives. He has developed dynamic web and database driven applications for clients ranging from small Non-Profits and artists to large organizations such as NASA and New York University.

Jeremiah Hamilton
Lead 3D Animator and Videographer
Jeremiah has over 12 years of experience producing and directing video/multimedia/computer animations for film, television and DVD media throughout the United States and Canada. He has produced 3D Animations for the Discovery Channel, Sony Pictures, Disney, to name a few.

Dave McFarland
Lead e-Learning/ Flash Mobile Developer/Lead Programmer
Dave has over 15 years of experience designing and implementing flash applications for a variety of large organizations and corporations. One of his specialties is in producing e-learning web interfaces and applications. Among many other skills, Dave produced an exhibit/kiosk for the Museum of Science in Boston.
